Your tasks
- Creation of technical drawings and models in Revit in accordance with internal and external specifications
- Visualisation and elaboration of designs in close consultation with the project team
- Preparation of detailed plans, sections, wall elevations and layouts
- Maintenance, updating and further development of existing CAD data
- Technical design of components and structural engineering systems
- Close cooperation with project management, engineering, purchasing and production to ensure optimal implementation of projects
Your profile
- Completed training as a draughtsman; further training as a construction technician is desirable.
- Very good knowledge of 3D CAD design, ideally with Revit
- Strong technical understanding and interest in structural engineering systems
- Structured, independent and team-orientated way of working
- Experience in healthcare construction or specialised construction is an advantage
- Knowledge of BIM planning methods is desirable.
