Your tasks
As an electronics technician for energy and building technology, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, servicing and testing of building technology and the test facilities in the Component Qualification department.
These include:
- Independent installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and testing of building services and pilot plants
- Independent installation of systems and components as well as their commissioning and troubleshooting
- Installation and maintenance of power supply equipment, lighting systems, drives and switchgear
- Installation and maintenance of reception and communication systems as well as data networks
- Carrying out maintenance work in accordance with checklists and plant specifications
- Regular performance of recurring inspections on technical installations
- Operation and monitoring of technical building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, burglar and fire alarm systems)
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician for energy and building technology or similar
- You have several years of professional experience in one of the above-mentioned areas.
- You have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and accuracy are among your strengths
- You can use Microsoft Office programmes.
- You have a keen interest in learning new techniques and are willing to undergo further training.
