Your tasks
- Creation of layouts, wall elevations and detailed factory plans
- Planning and coordination of construction projects in hospital construction from the
Concept to completion - Preparation of project plans and schedules as well as budget control and
Cost monitoring - Ensuring compliance with quality standards, building regulations and
official requirements - Communication with clients, architects, authorities and others
Project participants - Solution-oriented processing of technical and organisational issues
Challenges during the construction process
Your profile
- Completed training with further training as a construction technician or a
completed studies in civil engineering or a degree in
comparable qualification - Relevant professional experience in the planning and management of construction projects,
Ideally in hospital construction or the healthcare sector - Sound knowledge of the relevant building regulations and standards
- Confident handling of planning and project management software
- Strong communication skills and a structured and organised
