Your tasks
You will be responsible for the semi-independent processing of technical product support in the „Nuclear Instrumentation Manufacturing Karlstein“ production department to support the employees in product assurance.
- Creation or modification of work and test instructions
- Ensuring product quality
- Continuous improvement of existing products and processes
- Processing and coordination of obsolescence management topics
- Supervision and evaluation of special manufacturing processes with a physical background, e.g. high-temperature soldering, welding processes, materials technology
- Support in the development of new products and the optimisation of existing products
- Technical support for products in the fields of mechanical engineering, precision engineering and electrical measurement technology
- Planning, monitoring and evaluation of trials, prototypes and samples
- Analysing and evaluating operating success data and relevant key figures
- Collaboration with design, production, quality assurance and suppliers
Your profile
- A completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, precision engineering, materials engineering, electrical engineering) or a comparable technical qualification
- Initial experience in product assurance, quality assurance or product development is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and physical-technical contexts
- Analytical and structured way of working
- High quality awareness and solution-orientated thinking
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good communication skills and documentation security
