Your tasks
- Repair, installation, maintenance and customisation of measuring devices both at the customer's premises and within the company
- Administrative handling of service processes and projects
- Preparation and testing of the measuring devices in-house
- Support for the customer hotline
- Familiarisation of customers with our products and support with approvals by authorities
Your profile
- Completed training / studies / further training in the field of electrical engineering
- Alternatively, a degree in physics with practical skills
- Knowledge of analogue and digital circuits
- Confident handling of Windows operating systems and their networking
- Business fluent German and good English skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as a customer-orientated and independent way of working
- Willingness to travel (approx. 60% of the job) within Germany and Switzerland
