Your tasks
- Independent advice and representation of corporate clients, particularly with regard to their contractual relationships with customers and suppliers
- Advising and representing property owners, particularly in the areas of tenancy law, private construction law and warranty issues under sales law
- Conducting civil proceedings in the above-mentioned areas
- Client support, generally independently and in direct contact with clients
- For larger projects, work is carried out in a team with a partner.
- For complex or new legal issues, a partner is always available to assist you as a contact person and coach.
Your profile
- A completed degree in law with above-average exam results or relevant professional experience
- Confident manner with clients and in court
- High level of responsibility and the desire to achieve something through performance
- Good English skills are an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- A Class B driving licence and your own motor vehicle are desirable.
- Full-time or part-time work possible from age 50 onwards
