Your tasks
- Prepare dishes to a high standard according to in-house recipes and your own ideas
- Independent management of the kitchen post
- Assistance and responsibility in organising a smooth process in the kitchen as part of a team
- Professional and cost-conscious preparation, preparation and finishing of hot and cold dishes for buffets, a-la-carte and meals for events
- Optimised use of food and raw materials with a focus on sustainability
- Ensuring a high and consistent quality of food, flavour and presentation
- Provision and follow-up of the mise en places
- Compliance for the careful handling of kitchen machines and equipment
- Compliance with in-house and general kitchen standards
- Cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP guidelines and their control
- Training of new employees, trainees and interns
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a cook
- Well-founded expertise, also from the second row or motivated young chefs
- Great pleasure in cooking & passion for excellent food and the will to achieve common goals
