Your tasks

Execution and documentation of construction, welding and production monitoring at the manufacturing plant and on construction sites
Proactive support of the component manufacturer while ensuring the contractually agreed technical and quality characteristics
Advice on the processing of deviations resulting from the non-achievement of specified quality characteristics
Checking production and test documents for technical and formal compliance with regulations, project specifications and contractual agreements
Ensuring the feedback of experience and collaboration in the assessment of contractors
Collecting and forwarding positive experiences, opportunities for improvement and quality cases to experts

Your profile

Completed studies in engineering or materials technology or technician/master of a technical specialisation
Several years of practical experience in quality assurance and/or production
Knowledge of the relevant guidelines and standards for the design and manufacture of mechanical components and machines
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and test methods
Experience in the manufacture of pressure vessels and production acceptance with authorities and customers is an advantage
Affinity for working with regulations and documentation
Training and practical experience in the field of welding and the NDT processes VT, PT, MT, RT, UT or LT advantageous
Reliable, open, communicative, consistent and comprehensible way of working
Strength of character and fairness
Willingness to undertake regular business trips and longer absences (>75%)
Work location worldwide, especially southern Germany (Wangen)
