Your tasks
- Expert advice for our customers on all aspects of mortgages and personal loans
- Developing bespoke financing solutions tailored to customers’ needs
- Support throughout the entire financing process – from enquiry to disbursement
- Independent loan processing and application handling
- Management and monitoring of ongoing client cases
- General administrative and commercial tasks, as well as data maintenance
Your profile
- Completed training as a bank clerk or equivalent qualification in the financial services sector
- Several years’ professional experience in financial advisory services, ideally in the field of mortgage lending
- In-depth knowledge of credit processing
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital management systems
- An independent, structured and customer-focused approach to work
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team and a strong focus on customer service
- The ability to grasp things quickly, as well as solution-oriented thinking and action
