Your tasks
As a Hardware Engineer Safety I&C you will be responsible for the support and further development of the engineering tools programmed in the ICEDH-G unit based on MS Access and MS Visio with VBA.
These include:
- Creation of functional and requirement specifications
- Creation and maintenance of user and developer documentation
- Continuous improvement of the tools in consultation with the users
- Project support during the application of the tools
- Training of the tools for the users
Your profile
- A degree specialising in computer science, electrical engineering or similar
- First experience in the creation of functional and requirement specifications as well as the implementation and review of functional specifications
- Sound programming skills in a high-level language (VBA, C, Perl, Python, Java...)
- Confident in working with databases, ideally with SQL programming skills
- Experience in the documentation of programming results such as the
- Commenting on programme code, user description of created programmes
- Functions
- Basic understanding of HW design (ideally TXS platform)
- Knowledge of English B1
