Your tasks
- Preparing food and contributing your own ideas for the beer garden
- Independent work in the beer garden kitchen
- Assistance Responsibility for the organisation of a smooth process in the beer garden kitchen
- Professional and cost-conscious preparation, preparation and finishing of hot and cold dishes on the beer garden menu
- Optimised use of food and raw materials with a focus on sustainability
- Ensuring a high and consistent quality of food, flavour and presentation
- Provision and follow-up of the mise en places
- Compliance for the careful handling of kitchen machines and equipment
- Compliance with in-house and general kitchen standards
- Cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP guidelines and their control
In bad weather, we work in the hotel and support the kitchen team as much as possible.
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in the catering industry
- Experience in the preparation of hot and cold dishes, ideally in the beer garden or à la carte area
- Independent and structured way of working as well as personal responsibility in the kitchen
- Organisational skills for smooth kitchen operations
- Awareness of quality, presentation and flavour
- Knowledge of hygiene (HACCP) and food safety
- Careful and responsible handling of food and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a team as well as a reliable and resilient way of working
- Willingness to work weekends (Thursday to Sunday)
- Interest in further development and contributing your own ideas
