Your tasks
- MAG welding of steel components and larger welded assemblies, including multi-pass welding
- Manufacturing and assembling steel components in accordance with technical drawings, specifications and parts lists
- Interpreting and accurately implementing technical drawings, dimensions and manufacturing specifications
- Aligning and finishing larger components, as well as smoothing and finishing weld seams
- Preparing the manufactured components for the next stages of the process
- Carrying out independent checks on the manufactured parts and ensuring they meet the required quality standards
Your profile
- Practical and professional experience in welding and fabrication, ideally in steel or metal construction
- Solid experience in MAG welding and the ability to handle large steel components safely
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and work independently in accordance with instructions
- Training as a metalworker, construction mechanic, fitter or in a similar role is an advantage – practical experience is key
- An independent, meticulous and quality-conscious approach to work
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
- A good command of German to ensure clear communication in day-to-day working life
