Your tasks
- Technical advice and support for customers with individual queries
- Analysis of customer-specific requirements and independent development of suitable technical solutions
- Clarification of technical details and coordination of project-specific requirements in close cooperation with development and production
- Preparation of calculations, quotations and their active follow-up
- Supporting national and international customers and distributors, including key accounts
- Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
Your profile
- A degree in electrical engineering or further training as a technician with a commercial background
- Advanced knowledge of sensor technology and relevant professional experience
- Confident use of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Navision
- Structured, independent and responsible approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High customer and service orientation
