Your tasks
- Independent processing of customer enquiries including technical advice
- Calculation, quotation preparation and quotation tracking
- Technical order clarification and development of customised solutions in collaboration with the development team
- Support for national and international customers and our international distributors, including key accounts
- After Sales Service
- New customer acquisition
- Master data maintenance
- Participation, preparation and follow-up of trade fairs
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training and commercial knowledge or a degree or technical training
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Navision)
- Independent way of working
- Confident written and spoken German and English skills
- High customer and service orientation, strong communication skills
