Your tasks
- Central point of contact for interested parties, buyers, investors and business partners
- Telephone and written customer support before, during and after the purchasing process
- Supporting the field sales force in customer communication and organising appointments
- Creation, preparation and management of offer documents, exposés and sales documents
- Coordination and liaison with notaries, banks, project partners and internal specialist departments as well as support in the processing of purchase contracts and reservation agreements
- Design and organisation of online & print advertisements, flyers, banners and presentations
Your profile
- Completed commercial training desirable
- Professional experience in customer service or sales
- Independent, trusting and autonomous behaviour
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and Canva
- Friendly and confident demeanour
