Employee (m/f/d) as part-time nursing assistant or medical assistant
Your tasks
More and more people in need of care are utilising the option of home care and would like to be looked after in their familiar surroundings. Professional, sensitive and dignified care is at the centre of this.
To strengthen the outpatient team, we are looking for motivated nursing assistants or medical assistants (m/f/d) who enjoy their profession and working in a team, including newcomers and career changers with an interest in nursing.
Your tasks include
- Support in the implementation of medically prescribed measures in the outpatient sector
- Carrying out simple medical activities (e.g. checking vital signs, changing dressings, measuring blood sugar levels)
- Documentation of treatment processes and patient data
- Communication with patients, relatives and the interdisciplinary team
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
Your profile
- Completed training in the medical or nursing field (e.g. MFA, nursing assistant) an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Interest in outpatient care and possibly specialisations (e.g. wound care, infusion therapy)
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Empathy in dealing with patients
- Class B driving licence
- Flexibility and commitment
- Good knowledge of German
