Your tasks
- Assistance with examinations and treatments
- Appointment scheduling and coordination of practice procedures
- patient admission
- practice organisation
- Office and administration work
- Preparation and follow-up of consultation hours, functional rooms and instruments
- Processing prescriptions, referrals and certificates of incapacity for work
- Compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Personal and telephone contact with patients
- Other typical tasks that arise in everyday practice
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical assistant/specialist assistant
- Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Independent and meticulous approach to work
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Enjoy working with people
- Very good knowledge of German, other language skills are an advantage
