Project engineer (m/f/d) for electrical machines
Your tasks
As a project engineer (m/f/d), you will work in the electrical machines team of the IBGPL department on the development and realisation of electrical machines. Your focus will be on conceptual design, the creation of modernisation studies and the preparation of product design, implementation and approval documents.
These include:
- Collaboration on projects for the design of electrical machines in nuclear facilities
- Creation and review of project-specific documents (e.g. specifications, qualification documents, test instructions)
- Preparation and review of technical pre-test documents
- Preparation of studies for modernisation projects in the field of electrical machines
- Support for production, commissioning and testing of electrical systems in nuclear power plants
- Collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers in international teams
- Ensuring quality standards and system engineering specifications during the course of the project
- Technical support for offers and project acquisition
Your profile
- A completed degree (Master's/Diploma) in electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in the design of electrical machines and generators, ideally in a nuclear environment
- Knowledge of project planning and coordination of technical projects
- Solution-orientated, team-oriented way of working in interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. IEC; desirable: IEEE, RCC-E/M, KTA)
- Experience in manufacturing, installation and/or commissioning of electrical machines is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B1)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
