Your tasks

Strategic HR and organisational development

  • Supporting the management in strategic HR topics
  • Further development of the HR strategy in coordination with the management
  • Development of modern organisational and working time models
  • Active support for change and development processes (change management)

Personnel development & further training

  • Conception, organisation and implementation of training and further education programmes as well as coaching measures
  • Planning and support for induction and development programmes
  • Preparation and follow-up of appraisal interviews

Personnel Management & Administration

  • Preparation and administration of labour law contracts
  • Administration and processing of various certificates for authorities, offices and social insurance providers, etc.
  • Contact for labour law issues and insurance topics
  • Cooperation with external payroll office and preparatory payroll accounting
  • Contact for managers, employees, support for working students, interns and temporary staff

Employer branding & personnel marketing

  • Development and implementation of employer branding measures
  • Employee surveys and evaluation
  • Maintenance of employee benefits and HR portals

Your profile

  • Completed studies with a focus on human resources, economics or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in HR
  • Very good communication and organisational skills
  • High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility
  • Structured, independent way of working
