Your tasks
- Drawing up Level 4/5 schedules in consultation with management, taking into account the budget (h) and the deadlines for work packages from the projects
- Creating resources and role definitions in MS Project and maintaining resource calendars
- Balancing the workload across resources, taking into account
- Project priorities in consultation with senior management
- Analysis of the schedule (target/actual – comparison of dates and working hours)
- Support / training for managers in the use of MS Project
- Professional (specialising in resource planning)
- Qualitative review of schedules (dependencies, constraints, granularity, etc.)
Your profile
- A completed degree
- Initial work experience in scheduling
- Knowledge of planning methodology
- Very good knowledge of MS Project
- Goal-oriented, strong communication skills
- English B1
