Your tasks
- Produce part, assembly and layout drawings to scale and suitable for manufacture, based on sufficiently detailed design specifications (e.g. sketches, drafts), and coordinate these with the relevant departments
- Implementing design changes in accordance with clear specifications, whilst adhering to the change control process
- Supporting the design team in product development, particularly in the design of new spindles and motor components based on existing products
- Producing complex technical drawings based on concepts and sketches, and drawing up parts lists
Your profile
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a technical product designer (m/f/d) or technical draughtsman (m/f/d), or equivalent, with experience in producing technical drawings
- An excellent technical understanding of mechanical principles and excellent spatial awareness
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings
- Experience in using 3D CAD software, ideally Catia V5 and/or SolidWorks
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team
