Your tasks
- Comprehensive advice for our private and business customers on all matters relating to insurance
- Analysis of our clients’ individual insurance needs
- Development of bespoke insurance solutions tailored to your individual risk profile
- Independent processing and management of insurance policies
- Comprehensive support for customer processes, including monitoring and documentation
- Professional claims handling and settlement
- General administrative tasks and the maintenance of customer data
Your profile
- A completed apprenticeship in the insurance sector or a comparable commercial qualification
- In-depth knowledge of insurance claims handling
- We also welcome motivated career changers
- Requirements for career changers: successful completion of the qualification under Section 34d of the Trade Regulation Act (IHK) and basic commercial knowledge
- Ideally, some experience in customer service or administrative work
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital systems
- A customer-focused approach, as well as the ability to work independently and reliably
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and a willingness to learn
- Optional: knowledge of health insurance and/or Riester pensions
