Your tasks
- Commercial management of property projects with responsibility for budget, schedule and quality control
- Creation and continuous updating of project costing throughout the entire course of the project
- Carrying out profitability calculations, market and location analyses and feasibility studies
- Close coordination with technical project developers and other internal interfaces
- Accompaniment of approval processes and support in the creation of planning and building law
- Participation in financing processes in cooperation with the financing department
Your profile
- Degree in property management or comparable training (e.g. real estate agent)
- Several years of professional experience in project development or project management desirable
- Team-orientated and committed personality with an interest in new subject areas
- Structured, reliable and communicative way of working
- Strong organisational skills and ideally a good network in the real estate industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel occasionally
