Your tasks
- Planning and, where necessary, carrying out project-related testing tasks in the corrosion laboratory
- Preparation and management of client projects and R&D initiatives
- Summary and evaluation of the experimental results, and preparation of the corresponding reports in German and English
- Project management and delivery for internal and external clients
- Independently presenting results to clients and, where necessary, to the authorities
- Preparation of specialist reports on corrosion
- Acquiring client projects
Your profile
- A degree in materials science, materials engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields
- First professional experience
- Expertise in the field of corrosion of metallic materials
- Knowledge of the operation of autoclaves, test benches and refreshing systems, as well as the use of potentiostats and galvanostats in electrochemistry
- Basic knowledge of electrochemical corrosion testing
- English B1
- Programming skills (Python)
