Your tasks
- Coordination and independent handling of property and rental space management
- Planning, project management and coordination of technical projects in the field of supply engineering, electrical engineering/automation technology (laboratory, production, test field)
- Monitoring maintenance, servicing and refurbishment measures in the properties
- Independent fault acceptance for the location
- Coordinating and handling the services required for the operation of the buildings, as well as selecting and procuring the necessary operating resources
- Coordinating and processing general site tasks
- Monitoring, awarding, controlling and invoicing of subcontractor services for changes to existing buildings
Your profile
- A degree in architecture, civil engineering or similar
- Several years of experience in the management of new buildings and building conversions
- Experience in facility management
- Experience in the coordination and management of service providers
- Sound knowledge of construction law
- Knowledge of supply engineering, electrical/automation engineering and fire protection
- CAD and CAFM tool knowledge in existing buildings
