Your tasks

  • Coordination and independent handling of property and rental space management
  • Planning, project management and coordination of technical projects in the field of supply engineering, electrical engineering/automation technology (laboratory, production, test field)
  • Monitoring maintenance, servicing and refurbishment measures in the properties
  • Independent fault acceptance for the location
  • Coordinating and handling the services required for the operation of the buildings, as well as selecting and procuring the necessary operating resources
  • Coordinating and processing general site tasks
  • Monitoring, awarding, controlling and invoicing of subcontractor services for changes to existing buildings

Your profile

  • A degree in architecture, civil engineering or similar
  • Several years of experience in the management of new buildings and building conversions
  • Experience in facility management
  • Experience in the coordination and management of service providers
  • Sound knowledge of construction law 
  • Knowledge of supply engineering, electrical/automation engineering and fire protection
  • CAD and CAFM tool knowledge in existing buildings
