Your tasks
- Commercial management of the project development portfolio in close coordination with the project managers
- Analysis of target/actual deviations and identification of potential resource conflicts at project and company level
- Creation and preparation of project reports for management, stakeholders and financing partners
- Support for the consolidated financial statements of S&P Commercial Development GmbH and monthly group reporting
- Contact for commercial issues and for auditors of annual financial statements
- Plausibility checks of the monthly and annual financial statements of partnerships and corporations in accordance with HGB
- Preparation of audit-relevant documents in the context of annual audits
- Participation in the further development of IT systems in accounting (e.g. S-Firm, MS Dynamics NAV, Accounting Manager)
Your profile
- Practical experience in the controlling environment
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or finance is an advantage
- Strong understanding of numbers, IT systems and digital processes
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in analysing and optimising processes
- Independent, structured way of working combined with discretion and resilience
- Team-orientated personality with good communication skills and mutual support
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting system is a plus
