Your tasks
- Creating and updating Level 4 project schedules (focus on PRIMAVERA P6)
- Creation and tracking of a superordinate schedule for workload/workforce planning of the department
- Independently creating and tracking detailed schedules for production and merging them into an overall schedule
- Creating and maintaining dependencies between different production/project schedules
- Budget and work planning (workload) in the schedule with the person responsible for the order
- Checking and maintaining the project progress information (target/actual comparison) in coordination with those responsible for the order
- Reporting (evaluation, presentation of defined indicators)
- Incorporation of recovery plans in close coordination with the production and quality department
- Organisation of monthly internal discussions (processing query, prioritisation, rescheduling)
- Collaboration in the 6WLA (six-week advance planning) for production (three production areas & quality control)
- Assistance in the area of work preparation
Your profile
- A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar, if possible with previous vocational training in this field
- Several years of experience in scheduling as well as knowledge of production planning/control and/or project management
- Very good knowledge of PRIMAVERA, MS-Project, MS-Office
- Knowledge of English B1
- Very good team and communication skills
- High quality awareness and structured way of working
